The view and location were the best parts. the room overlooked the harbor and we were able to walk to the historical sites nearby. the room was quite large, which was nice.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was hard as a rock and made it difficult for us to sleep well.

The location close to Hong Kong ferry terminal, to the harbour and the city. The bed a bit hard is excellent. The room is nice. The internet by lan cable works pretty well. The staff and service are good. The bathroom is nice and offer a good range of accessories.
Difficult to sleep in the morning after spending night in casino. The housekeeping staff talk very loudly in the corridor in front of the room door from 9am. They don't care of the noise they are doing. We got a smoking room because non smoking room with double large bed was sold out, and the uncomfortable smell of smoke was still present.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was simply perfect, as it was conveniently situated near the ferry terminal. This made it incredibly easy for us to travel to and from the hotel, especially coming from HK. Additionally, being close to the city center allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings while still enjoying the tranquility of the hotel.
We would highly recommend this fabulous hotel to our friends.

Proximity to the Macau race track and the Macau Ferry Terminal, nice room and nice bathroom, reasonable pricing (e.g. minibar), free internet access from room, helpful staff
Staff does not speak English fluently, no taxi stand in front of hotel, breakfast not included in room price, breakfast could have been a little more Western style (had focus on Asian food)

Great location; Close to ferry station and historic downtown. Friendly and helpful staff; English-speaking and informative. Clean and comfortable rooms; as expected for a 4-star hotel. Convenient amenities nearby; 24-hour store and restaurant options. Easy access to transportation and attractions; public bus and walking distance. Good food choices at hotel and nearby. Quiet and enjoyable during New Year celebrations. Impressed with transit and ease of getting around.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Location is perfect with sea view. The hotel has a not too busy casino where you can play your first games.
Staff is average. Bed is too hard and uncomfortable. There was no info on Booked.net and hotel website that the swimming pool is closed - it was really misleading because we booked this hotel to be able to enjoy the swimming pool.

Located within walking distance from the ferry terminal, the hotel provides easy access to attractions like the Sands casino and ruins of St Paul's. the rooms are clean and well-maintained. the staff offers excellent service and the breakfast spread is decent. Some of the rooms offer breathtaking views of the city.
The hotel may not be suitable for travelers seeking a vibrant and lively neighborhood experience.

Very close to China Ferry terminal (not the Cotai-Hong Kong service). Comfortable without being plush room. Quiet and well served.
Downside just a strong walk from central sights and sounds. Breakfast moderate and expensive as such.
